Senior Validation & Automation Engineer

We are seeking a senior Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer for a long-term consulting assignment with one of our clients. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates outside the EU. In this role, you will drive verification and validation activities for next-generation automotive infotainment systems with a strong focus on Android Auto, test automation, and CI/CD integration. Key responsibilities Lead V&V activities for Android Auto solutions and connectivity features. Develop and maintain automated test frameworks in Python. Implement and operate hardware-based test environments. Integrate automated testing into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with development and system teams to verify software quality. Requirements 10+ years of experience in software testing, embedded systems, or V&V. Strong hands-on experience with Android Auto testing and validation. Advanced Python skills for test automation. Experience with hardware-based test automation. Strong Jenkins CI/CD experience. Professional English, written and spoken. Preferred Swedish language skills. Personal qualities Self-driven and structured. Team player with strong attention to detail. Results-oriented.
