About ISMG AB ISMG AB is a service provider operating within the fast-moving micromobility sector. We work in an environment where efficiency, quality, flexibility and strong operational performance are essential to delivering a reliable service to our clients. As our organisation continues to develop, we are looking for a Performance & Development Manager to strengthen our team in Stockholm. This is a key role for someone who combines an analytical and structured approach with a practical understanding of day-to-day operations. You will work closely with company management, the Operations Manager, operational teams and our client to develop our processes, improve performance and support the continued development of the organisation. About the Role As Performance & Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and implementing improvements across our organisation. Your focus will be on performance, productivity, quality and continuous improvement. You will analyse operational results, identify opportunities for improvement and turn insights into practical solutions and sustainable working methods. An important part of the role will be working closely with the Operations Manager and operational teams to understand challenges in the daily operation and develop solutions that create measurable results. You will also support management by providing analysis, reporting and recommendations that contribute to both operational and strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected not only to identify opportunities for improvement, but also to take ownership of implementing and following up those improvements. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Monitor, analyse and develop operational KPIs and performance indicators Identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities to improve productivity, quality and service delivery Develop and implement processes, routines and standardised working methods Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation Analyse operational data and translate findings into practical actions Follow up implemented improvements and measure their impact Develop reporting structures and provide management with relevant performance insights Support the Operations Manager with performance analysis, planning and organisational development Work closely with operational teams to identify challenges and develop practical and sustainable solutions Lead and coordinate internal development and improvement projects Apply Lean, 5S and other continuous improvement methodologies where appropriate Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows and operational procedures Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions Identify opportunities for more efficient use of resources and improved cost efficiency Support quality assurance and the achievement of agreed service levels and client expectations Contribute to the development and implementation of new working methods and operational initiatives Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration and high performance Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for a person who is analytical and improvement-driven while also being comfortable working close to the daily operation. You enjoy understanding how and why things work, identifying opportunities for improvement and turning ideas into practical solutions. You are comfortable taking ownership of projects and initiatives and can work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with colleagues, management and external stakeholders. We believe you have: A university degree in engineering, production, logistics, management or another relevant field Previous experience in process development, continuous improvement, production, logistics or another operational environment Experience leading or coordinating improvement projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with KPIs, performance measurement and data-driven decision-making Knowledge of Lean, 5S or similar continuous improvement methodologies Strong Excel skills and confidence working with operational data Experience developing processes, workflows and documentation Strong organisational and project management skills The ability to take ownership and independently drive improvement initiatives from analysis through implementation and follow-up Strong communication and collaboration skills Professional proficiency in English Knowledge of Swedish is considered an advantage. Experience with ERP systems, process mapping, advanced data analysis or other relevant digital tools is also considered an advantage.
