We now want to take the next step and strengthen our ability to harness technology and digitalisation — to develop our customer offering and, at the same time, run our operations more efficiently. We are therefore introducing the role of VP Technology & Digitalisation in the group management team, with a clear group-wide mandate and direct reporting to the CEO. About the role: As VP Technology & Digitalisation, you take on a key role in Logent's continued growth and transformation. The role combines technology, digitalisation and transformation with a clear business and customer perspective. Technology, data, AI, security and digitalisation are to be an integral part of how we develop customer value, efficiency, scalability and new services. Your assignment is to set the group-wide direction for Technology & Digitalisation and, together with the business and the Group's technology and IT function, develop a modern, scalable and business-oriented technology platform where systems, data, integrations and AI together strengthen our operational capability, customer offering and competitiveness. An essential initial priority is to harmonise a systems landscape built during a period of strong growth for Logent, both organic and through acquisitions. You identify the weaknesses, evaluate together with the relevant business areas what is scalable, and introduce the right technology in the right place with a cost-efficient and pragmatic mindset. At the same time, you establish a clear architecture for how our systems, integrations and data should work together — with the right balance between group-wide standardisation and customer-specific flexibility. You also create a modern, scalable environment where AI becomes a natural part of how we drive long-term efficiency in flows, planning and administration, without compromising security. You develop Logent's capabilities within data and AI and translate them into concrete business and customer value. Technology and digitalisation are an important part of Logent's customer offering. You work closely with our business areas and key customers — from pre-sales and solution design to implementation and further development — to ensure that technology, data and digitalisation strengthen our customer solutions and long-term competitiveness. You lead the group-wide Technology & Digitalisation agenda and work closely with the Group's technology and IT function as well as business-oriented digital resources in the business areas. Together, you develop Logent's overall capability and drive a transformation journey that touches the entire company. The mandate is broad, and you drive the group-wide strategic agenda with responsibility for direction and principles across architecture, data, integrations, resilience, cyber and information security, standards and strategic technology partners. You develop and manage an effective partner and supplier portfolio and create a scalable technology and integration model that supports Logent's continued organic growth as well as future acquisitions. You lead through close collaboration with the business areas, where business-critical solution decisions are made close to operations and the customer. You are a modern technology leader with high energy and marked pragmatism, with strong people sense and the ability to make people listen and act. • You have experience of developing and simplifying complex systems landscapes and of driving technology change in an operationally close environment. You understand how architecture, data, integrations, AI and information security together create scalability, efficiency and business value. • You are confident in dialogue with group management and the board as well as with key customers, and you express technology in business terms: cost, risk, customer promise and time. • You work fluently in English. Experience from production-oriented and business-critical environments — WMS, TMS or other operational platforms — is an advantage, as is experience of taking data platforms and AI applications all the way into operations. Experience of strategic supplier and partner management, sourcing and portfolio management is also an advantage.
