About the Role You will help a large Nordic insurance organization strengthen how digital products move from idea to production. In this role, you support a mobility-focused product area that works with enterprise agility and a shared digital operating model. The focus is on real improvement rather than only facilitating ceremonies. You will help teams and leaders create better flow, clearer prioritization, stronger ownership, and more frequent value delivery across squads and tribes. Job DescriptionYou coach and develop Scrum Masters to strengthen their impact and independence. You help squads improve ownership, delivery capability, and continuous improvement. You support teams in breaking down larger initiatives into smaller value-delivering increments. You improve flow from idea to production and help increase visibility of the value delivered. You act as a partner to tribe leadership and proactively identify opportunities for organizational improvement. You help improve prioritization, refinement, and execution of larger initiatives. You strengthen how dependencies are managed across squads and improve coordination between teams. You support the continued evolution of the needs funnel process and smoother collaboration across tribes. You facilitate workshops and meetings that create shared understanding across multiple stakeholders. RequirementsExperience coaching both teams and leadership groups Experience from large-scale agile organizations Strong understanding of modern software development and product development practices Experience working in environments where ownership is distributed across multiple teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent facilitation and visualization skills for meetings and workshops involving multiple stakeholders Ability to work both strategically and hands-on A proactive and self-driven way of working, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities independently Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken Willingness to travel when needed Nice to haveExperience with modern engineering practices Experience with DevOps Experience with AI-enabled software development What We OfferPermanent employment at Avaron AB Occupational pension Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis – apply as soon as you can.
