Uptime & Service Technology provides solutions directly to Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks, Mack Trucks. It supports Volvo Bus Corporation, Volvo Construction Equipment, Volvo Penta. It also provides solutions to Partners and Joint Ventures. Service Market is the category that entails the job areas involved in how the Volvo Group manages the lifecycle of its offering (both hard and soft) by providing diagnostic, maintenance, repair, standard times and spare parts for sold products, dealer support and assistance to secure customer satisfaction.What will you work with?You drive the strategy of service and parts product domain transformation taking steps in modernization and developing services, continuous improvement and change management in collaboration with relevant functions and stakeholders. As a leader, you develop people to support future challenges contributing to UST strategic focus and business. You drive, initiate and prepare the development of activities related to future technologies incorporation into our products for enhancing customer and business success. In this role, you secure alignment, engagement and collaboration with stakeholders for implementing new solutions for our products. You drive operational excellence, leverage synergies and harmonized product solutions in close collaboration with global functions. You foster an innovative, engagement and competitive culture where we attract and retain talents to develop future technologies for uptime services, and you will drive teams’ efficiency and effectiveness in close collaboration with a global management team. In this role, you will be a member of the Service and Parts Assortment Engineering global management team and report to the Head of Service & Parts Assortment Engineering.
