Business Development Manager - PV & BESS Projects (remote work)

Short description of business activityiii: Bright Watt Partners is an innovative EPC company delivering renewable energy projects across six European countries. They specialize in new installations, repowering services, and eco-friendly component recycling. By using their own machinery and in-house workforce, they ensure complete control over quality and scheduling. Job description / Scope of responsibilities - Securing large-scale PV, BESS, and PV+BESS projects in Europe for implementation through EPC contracts, construction, or strategic partnerships, - Actively seeking out new projects, analysing the market and developers' pipelines, and reaching out to project owners, developers, and investors, - Leveraging an extensive network of business contacts in at least one of the following markets: Germany, Ireland, Denmark, or Sweden, to secure new projects and partnerships, - Managing business opportunities from initial contact, through qualification and negotiations, to securing the project and closing the deal, - Building and developing a strong project pipeline and continuously monitoring their status, potential, and opportunities for collaboration, - Evaluating projects from a commercial and business perspective and collaborating with technical teams Requirements: - College degree; - 2 years of professional experience; - Excellent negotiation and communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a results-oriented mindset; - Excellent command of English; - Experience in acquiring new projects and developing the pipeline, from initial contact to a concrete business opportunity; - Experience in Business Development, Project Origination, Sales, or Project Development, preferably in renewable energy, the energy sector, or construction; - An extensive network of contacts in the German, Irish, Danish, or Swedish markets, particularly among developers, IPPs, investors, and project owners; - Good knowledge of the renewable energy market and large-scale PV and/or BESS projects.
