About the Role This role sits at the intersection of portfolio planning, data, and process improvement. You will help a large international organization strengthen how its portfolio is planned, visualized, and governed by identifying gaps in processes, data, and tools, then turning those findings into practical solutions. You will work across portfolio views, programme and project follow-up, workload visibility, KPIs, decisions, and financial views. A big part of the role is creating clarity from complexity: improving data quality, optimizing flows between systems, and building dashboards and automations that support better strategic and operational decisions. Job DescriptionYou will identify gaps and bottlenecks in portfolio processes, data, and tools, and drive improvements from analysis and solution design through implementation readiness. You will maintain and develop an integrated portfolio roadmap aligned with business needs and collaborating organizations. You will create transparent portfolio, programme, project, workload, KPI, decision, and financial views that make data easier to use. You will support governance forums with data-driven insights and recommendations that strengthen decision-making. You will gather, structure, and prepare data from multiple sources, with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and usability. You will design and develop Power BI dashboards for portfolio reporting and KPI follow-up. You will build automations with Power Automate and VBA, optimize data flows between SAP, Planview, and related systems, and support the introduction of new tools with minimal disruption. RequirementsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in portfolio planning, project management, or strategic planning. Advanced Power BI development skills. Advanced Power Automate skills. Strong understanding of SAP transactions and data flows. Ability to create VBA scripts to improve Excel file usage. Good understanding of organizational processes, procedures, systems, and tools, including Waterfall, Agile, Planview, SAP, and related ways of working. Fluent English. You are comfortable driving change proactively, working in a detailed and structured way, and building alignment across functions. Nice to haveFamiliarity with financial planning and budgeting processes. Awareness of change management in complex organizations. Experience benchmarking outside the organization to identify improvement opportunities.
