Your New Role
We are looking for a UX Designer to join an international Digital Experience team developing connected digital experiences for home appliances and mobile applications.
In this role, you will design intuitive, accessible and high-quality mobile experiences across the entire user journey, with a particular focus on core app experiences such as appliance connectivity, onboarding, account management and experiences shared across different products.
You will work closely with designers, developers, researchers and product managers in cross-functional, agile teams. From concept to implementation, you will turn insights and ideas into user-centred digital experiences through sketches, prototypes and polished UI design. You will also contribute to design systems, workshops and design reviews across the organization.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
5+ years of experience designing consumer-facing mobile apps end-to-end
Strong expertise in Figma, including libraries, components, tokens and documentation
Deep understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design
Strong knowledge of UX principles, accessibility and mobile UI design
Experience creating both low- and high-fidelity prototypes
Experience working with design systems and pattern libraries
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across design, product and technology
Experience working with UX writers or content designers
Ability to use quantitative and qualitative insights to inform design decisions
Knowledge of how AI can be used to improve design processes and outcomes
Excellent communication skills and professional fluency in English
A proactive, curious and collaborative mindset with strong personal leadership
