Your New Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a strategically important initiative focused on preparing an organization for the impact of quantum computing on current cryptographic technologies and ciphers.
The project covers the assessment and inventory of the current cryptographic landscape, as well as the development of a strategy and roadmap aligned with internal requirements and external regulatory and compliance requirements. You will lead a highly skilled team of subject matter experts and help drive the project into its next, more executive-focused phase.
This is a technically complex and business-critical initiative where strong project leadership, structure and stakeholder management will be essential to success.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
Several years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably within banking or financial services
Proven experience leading complex, technically oriented projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience working in regulated environments and with compliance-driven initiatives
Understanding of cryptography, cryptographic technologies and ciphers
Strong organizational and planning skills, with a structured approach to project delivery
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including experience communicating with senior management
Ability to lead and coordinate highly skilled subject matter experts
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear strategies and roadmaps
Professional fluency in English
