About the Role You will join a product team in the automotive industry that is building the next generation of digital tools for product documentation and product platform management. The goal is to give engineers better support in a complex development environment and automate both smaller and more advanced tasks. The team is modernizing a core application by moving from a monolithic setup to a cloud-native microservice architecture, so you will work with both today’s solution and tomorrow’s platform. You will collaborate closely with product, UX, architecture, and engineering to turn business needs into practical, high-quality solutions. Job DescriptionYou will develop and quality-assure new functionality in a modern microservice architecture as well as enhancements in the current application. You will work across the full stack with Java and modern frontend technologies to build web applications that improve the user experience for engineering teams. You will explore business needs and help shape future solutions together with the Product Owner, UX Designers, Solution Architects, and Software Engineers. You will contribute to the ongoing transformation from a monolithic solution to a cloud-native architecture. You will work with integrations using MQ and APIs to support connected systems and workflows. You will help strengthen quality through functional testing, test automation, and continuous improvement. You will take an active role in an agile, cross-functional team that is working toward DevSecOps ways of working. RequirementsExperience working with Java development (full stack) Experience in Functional Testing and Test Automation Experience in developing web applications with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, and TypeScript Experience in Business Analytics, Requirements Elicitation, and Requirements Management Experience in asynchronous programming, microservice architecture, cloud services, and test automation frameworks Experience working with integrations using MQ and/or APIs Fluency in English, both spoken and written Ability to complete a background check before the assignment starts Nice to haveKnowledge about User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking Experience in automated workflows using Azure and GitHub Actions Knowledge about security standards Knowledge about databases Knowledge of Mainframe and COBOL Interest in agile development, for example experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach What We OfferPermanent employment at Avaron AB Occupational pension Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis – apply as soon as you can.
