Om jobbet
At Foxway, we don't just talk about circularity. We've built our business around it.
Our sustainability work
It is by driving circular tech at scale that Foxway has the biggest contribution to a sustainable development while securing the long-term competitiveness of the company. Circularity sits at the core of our strategy, in our commercial offering and our service model, and we are committed to sustainable business practises in our operations, people practices and throughout our value chain.
Foxway is committed to climate action in line with the 1.5-degree target and we transparently disclose our group wide CO2 emissions and climate work. We have set near-term and net-zero science-based targets, validated by the Science Based Targets initiative, and formalise our climate action work in our climate transition plan.
The Group Sustainability team develops and drives Foxway's sustainability work at a strategic level with a strong commercial focus. We have a commercial focus and support the business in leveraging circular business opportunities, monitor our sustainability progress, work cross-functionally with other key functions, and drive initiatives that build sustainability knowledge across the organisation to further accelerate our impact.
We are now looking for a Group Climate & Circularity Manager to become the Group's primary climate and circularity expert: owning and driving this work at group level together with the business. As thought leader on circularity and the scaling of climate solutions, you will be representing Foxway externally.
About the Role
You will join our Group Sustainability team and report directly to our Chief Sustainability Officer. This is a hands-on specialist and individual contributor role with Group-wide ownership and broad exposure across our business. You will be a natural point of contact for climate and circularity, working across strategy, product and service development, commercial initiatives, customer dialogues and reporting.
At the core of the role is to drive initiatives to further embed climate and circularity in strategy, product and service development, and commercials, including tenders. You own and drive Foxway's climate transition plan group-wide, supporting progress against the Science Based Targets. You continuously develop the methodology behind our carbon accounting, our Product Carbon Footprint assessment for refurbished devices, and develop relevant impact metrics on circularity and climate.
You will also contribute to Foxway's external thought leadership, representing our climate and circularity work in customer dialogues, industry forums, conferences and other relevant settings.
The role will be based at our HQ in Stockholm (Solna) with a strong focus on in-person collaboration. The role involves regular travel across our markets for customer meetings, conferences and industry events.
What you will do
Own and further develop our climate transition plan, science-based targets, and carbon accounting.
Own our Product Carbon Footprint assessment, including methodology, and relevant use cases in communication, sales and customer level reporting.
Further develop our circularity strategy, targets and metrics, activities, and reporting in line with emerging frameworks and best practice.
Provide input to our sustainability reporting process and the data gathering behind our CSRD report (ESRS E1 and E5).
Drive the CDP disclosure process and engage key stakeholders on the development areas.
Drive internal initiatives and cross-functional projects, together with business lines and group functions, that improve our climate and circularity performance.
Be part of building external thought leadership on climate and circularity through conferences, panels, and industry forums, positioning Foxway as a leading voice on circular tech.
We believe you have
Around 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, with climate and circularity forming a meaningful part of your work.
Practical experience with GHG Protocol, carbon accounting and climate transition planning, CDP disclosure, with enough technical understanding to assess and challenge methodologies and external expertise.
Knowledge of lifecycle assessments and Product Carbon Footprint methodologies, ideally including avoided-emissions calculations, claims or related standards.
Understanding of circularity principles, frameworks and emerging best practices.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, combined with the ability to translate technical and scientific concepts into clear business implications.
Experience driving projects and coordinating stakeholders across different functions, ideally in an international or multi-stakeholder organization.
A relevant Master's degree, preferably in economics, sustainability, or engineering.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the confidence to communicate technical topics to non-specialist audiences.
Meritorious
Swedish proficiency is an advantage but not required.
Experience with CSRD/ESRS, Double Materiality Assessment, TCFD, supply-chain sustainability or AI-supported analytical workflows is advantageous, but we don't expect you to tick every box.
Experience from the tech/ICT sector, circular business models or climate solutions is also beneficial, but not a prerequisite. What matters most is the depth of your climate/circularity expertise and your ability to apply it in a business context.
This is how you will succeed in this role
You can translate technical and scientific climate and circularity concepts depending on the situation and audience and build and own processes rather than just follow them, and you use AI as a natural element and accelerator in this work. You build long term relationships with key stakeholders and take responsibility over your deliveries with high quality and in a timely manner.
Above all, you understand the role technology and circularity can play in a more sustainable future and are motivated by turning that potential into measurable business and sustainability impact.
For the selected final candidate
Foxway will conduct a background check as part of our recruitment process, in accordance with applicable local legislation and our internal screening policy. The scope of the check depends on the position and the country in which it is based. You will be informed of the details, and your approval will be requested before any check is initiated.
