We are now looking for Product Manager Men Department for Inditex (Zara, Massimo Dutti), a global fashion retailer known for offering trendy, fast-changing clothing, footwear, accessories, and home goods at relatively affordable prices. Who we are looking for:Product Manager Men department
Responsibilities:- Drive Men’s department sales performance and achieve department targets- Analyze sales, stock, product and market trends to define commercial actions - Implement weekly/monthly strategies, forecasts and commercial calendars - Ensure product, merchandising, layout and store image meet company standards - Manage stock levels, deliveries, replenishment and destocking with Operations - Review and implement Head of Product and HQ strategies - Monitor competitors and provide relevant feedback to Regional and HQ teams - Lead, coach and develop the commercial team through training and performance reviews - Coordinate with Store Management, Product, Visual, Operations and People teams - Ensure company policies, procedures and Code of Conduct are consistently followed.
Requirements:- You have very good command of English language- You have managerial experience in all topics connected with product and commerciality such as trainings and product explanation - Team management experience - Experience working for fast fashion companies- You are flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends- Ability to attend interview during the recruitment event in Malmö on October 20th
Your profile:- You have ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results - You have strong analytical skills with ability to transform it on fast concrete actions- You are passionate about fashion, fabrics and company product - You have good knowledge of the company, the brand and the store - You are passionate, curious, motivated, and dynamic, with something different to contribute- You are detail-oriented, creative, and proactive and are looking for a challenging yet rewarding career in fashion- You can multitask between your key responsibilities.
What the employer offers:- Permanent, full-time employment with start in November 2026
Important: This position is part of a project that is co-funded by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support third-country nationals in their integration into the Swedish labor market. The participants hold residence permits in Sweden but do not have Swedish citizenship or EU/EEA citizenship.
