As a CMF Designer, you will support the development and execution of CMF concepts for vehicle programs. You will contribute creative ideas, prepare design proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CMF solutions under the guidance of senior team members. Key Responsibilities Support CMF development from concept to production Create color, material, and finish proposals based on design briefs Produce creative outputs including trays, slides, renders, and videos Assist in developing CMF themes and detailed design elements Iterate and refine proposals based on feedback Collaborate with designers, engineers, suppliers, and visualization teams Support material research and benchmarking activities Prepare both digital and physical presentations Assist in coordinating with suppliers and material libraries Ensure CMF feasibility and consistency across components Experience Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or related field A minimum of 2–5 years of CMF or automotive design experience Internship experience in CMF or automotive design considered valuable Experience working in design studio environment is a plus Competence Strong visual communication and creative thinking skills Understanding of CMF principles and design methodologies Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Basic rendering skills in VRED or Blender Familiarity with 3D tools such as Rhino or Blender is a plus Ability to work in cross-functional teams Clear written and verbal communication Positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude Ability to manage workload in fast-paced environments Last Application date: 2026-09-11 Apply today, we will perform ongoing selection during the application period.
