The opportunity Are you ready for an exciting challenge where your background in production planning and ability to find possibilities and adopt to the demand from a growing market can flourish? We are now looking for a driven and committed production planner to support our Grid Automation Products division. As a Production Planner, you will create and manage detailed production schedules that support efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations. You will collaborate closely with production, SCM and order management teams to make prioritizations, maximize resource utilization and meet delivery targets. You will also play a key role in resolving production disruptions by identifying and implementing alternative production schedules. How you’ll make an impact Review and analyze demand forecasting data to plan production schedules and capacity together with our master scheduler and production manager. Collaborate with production manager to understand capacity, resource availability and production capacity to create accurate schedules. Coordinate with Material Planner to ensure timely availability of materials and components at demand date of workorder. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed, to meet changing demands. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in the production planning process. Stay updated on industry trends, production technologies and best practices in production planning. Your background Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar Previous experience in production planning or similar field Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, combined with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions. Experience in working with ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
